Where there’s Thunder there’s a Storm

The former Oklahoma City Thunder small forward and team leader chose to “Jump on the bandwagon of the Golden State Warriors” According to ESPN, Kevin Durant has agreed to a 54 million dollar deal with the golden state warriors, with a player option on the second year. Kevin Durant stated that he believed that he could be the key to putting the warriors over the top after the 3-1 comeback of the Cleveland Cavilers, but many critics believe that the Golden State Warriors were already over the top with three NBA all-stars and winning the NBA Championship in 2015. After a devastating loss in the Western Conference finals to the warriors in game 7 Kevin Durant decides to join the team that he could not beat.

The las Angeles Clipper’s all-star power forward Blake Griffin has a contract that is ending soon and many believe he will be a definite key to a championship team. Not only can the Oklahoma city Thunder offer Blake Griffon a lot of money, but Blake Griffin was originally from Oklahoma and played for Oklahoma University.  Blake Griffin was originally born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Along with a superstar to go with Russel Westbrook, the Oklahoma City Thunder recently lost their starting Power forward Serge Ibaka and would serve as a great replacement for both Kevin Durant
